I am currently receiving a non-service connected diasbility pension, and the place I am renting(+ the utilities) takes more than 3/4 of my monthly check. I am 53, have type 2 Diabetes, bad back and knees, trouble walking and/or standing for long periods of time. My dog is half-Lab/half-Spaniel, 9yrs old and very well trained. I play guitar and piano.
